At Tapidoo, we take your privacy seriously. Our app is in the Apple Kids Category and is designed for toddlers (1-3 years). We do not collect personal information, do not show ads, and do not use third-party trackers.

What We Collect

We collect anonymous app-usage and crash-diagnostics data to improve the product. Specifically: an anonymous device identifier (a random ID generated on install — not the Apple advertising identifier), the operating system and app version, anonymous events (which categories are opened, game-finished score, in-app purchase outcomes), and crash reports with stack traces. We never collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, photos, contacts, microphone or camera data, or any information that could identify a child.

Where Your Data Lives

Anonymous analytics are sent to analytics.tapidoo.com (Aptabase software). Crash diagnostics are sent to errors.tapidoo.com (GlitchTip software). Both run on servers we operate ourselves with Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany / Finland). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and your data is never sold or shared.

Retention

Anonymous analytics events are retained for 24 months. Crash diagnostics are retained for 90 days.

No Ads

Tapidoo is completely ad-free. We do not display any third-party advertisements.

Children

Tapidoo complies with the Apple Kids Category guidelines, COPPA, and GDPR-K. We do not build behavioral profiles, do not target ads, and never share data with third parties.
